Does anyone have a information on this snake? Possibly where I could find one (to Purchase of course). What I know (this maybe incorrect) is that they live in fresh water and are rear fanged.

Diamond reptile breeders in Florida has offered tentacled snakes in the past. The Fort Worth Texas zoo has them and yes they are displayed in a water filled aquarium. I don't know about the fang placement or how hot their venom is.

Check out "Living Snakes of the World" by Mehrtens. A decent amount of info, including captive care.
