Louis Dembitz Brandeis (November 13, 1856 – October 5, 1941) was a Supreme Court Justice. Below is one of his more famous quotes and it seems to apply so well to us and what we do. Seems, for the most part, all we want is to be "let alone" to enjoy our lives the way we see fit. I wish there were more justices and politicians like Brandeis today.
"The makers of our constitution undertook to secure conditions favorable to the pursuit of happiness... They sought to protect Americans in their beliefs, their thoughts, their emotions and their sensations. They conferred, as against the government, the right to be let alone – the most comprehensive of the rights and the right most valued by civilized men."

i've always thought the one by ben franklin applied to us as well:
"Any society that would give up a little liberty to gain a little security will deserve neither and lose both."
the reason most things are an issue is because people think they are in danger.
we're always in danger, that's life.

keep in mind most people are scared or don't like what they don't understand so they may label it automatically as dangerous or stupid. So people will continue to not understand this hobby. These people also happen to be closed minded otherwise they would take the time to figure it out.....just my opnion.
