Just got this email:

I saw your website and thought I would ask you. I live in Austin TX and my yard borders “greenbelt” where you can not build/develop. About a month ago when it was a little warmer I saw a rattlesnake (Western Diamondback) on my pool deck. He went over the side into a den at the foot of my retention wall. Who should I contact to get him removed without them having to kill the snake? Any suggestions. Thanks, allen.
