Two New Books Just Released

There are two newly published books that will be of interest to many folks here.
They are "A SNAKE HUNTING GUIDE: Methods, Tools, and Techniques for Finding Snakes by Will Bird and Phil Peak."
and "GENETICS FOR HERPERS: The Reptile and Amphibian Breeder`s Guide to Genetics."
I just recieved a copy of each, and both are excellent!
The Snake Hunting Guide offers great field collecting advise for both the novice and experienced herper.
The Genetics book offers a great deal of information if you are interested in Genetics and Morphs in reptiles.
These books are inexpensive, and both are great additions to the herpers library.

John,
I just recieved my copy of Phil and Will's book. Alot of interesting reading in it. It is a small paperback. I hoped it would have been bigger for the cost. $20.00 + shipping. Almost all of the pictures in the book are already on Phil's website. I guess it's hard measuring snake hunting books up to Kauffeld's.

Paul, I bought my copy from Eric Thiss at Serpents Tale / Zoo Book Service, (first link I posted).
The cost of the Snake Hunting Guide was $12.95, and the Genetics Book was $14.95, and a total shipping for the two books was $4.00.
I have purchased books from Eric for many years, and they offer good prices and very fast shipping.

It figures. I bought mine two weeks ago and it just got here. Plus I guess it had an inflated price. I bought it from a email address of :holzking@hotmail.com
I guess I need to finish writing the book I have been working on.
