Daniel, it is great that you and Andrew are working to set up a reptile care hospital in your area.
I am guessing that you are working with an experienced veternarian who will know a lot of what is needed to set this all up from the medical standpoint.
There are many hear at this site who will probably be able to offer advise along the way.
What is probably best at this time is for you to ask specific questions that you have, and see what the members here have to suggest.
As you have limited funds to work with, there will be some comprimises on what you stock the clinic with at first. Depending on the expenses, you might want to invest in some of the many excellent veternary care books that specialize in reptiles. And you will probably want to invest in those medications that are used most often in reptiles with parasites, and respiritory illness, etc. If you can afford other meds, then they will be great to add at future dates.
Keep us informed as to how the project is coming along, and what specific items you need help with.
Best Regards JohnZ

All I want to know is you must have amazing parents to let you start working with venomous snakes at the age of 8...don't get too carried away - go slow and work your way up. At age 11 you are quite ambitious and I hope your friend gets the hospital up and running...as John said, keep your questions very specific so you can get the info you need.

Thank you very much, I have enjoyed keeping a variety of animals, especially reptiles. My first venomous reptile was a reticulated pyton which was 8ft long. It was stored in our spare bedroom with all the neccesities until I was 10 then I sold it to an old friend for £550. From the age of 10 to now My Uncle and me have been keeping a tortoise and a bearded dragon around his house.
