There Customer service sucks! I ordered 1000 Superworms and they sent 1000 Giant mealworms. I can live with it but man refund the diffrence since they are half the price. Any1 else use them?

Yhea, I used to live in San Diego, and went to thier store a few times. Thier service in the store is horrible, and the people know nothing about what they are selling. I have heard them turn away people with questions about snakes that they bought there, and were sick, or had mites. Reptile Haven is right down the street from them, and they often buy reptiles from RH, and jack up the price.
