i know alot about venoms and i'm trying to figure out if naja nivea are more toxic than naja philippinensis because every one says something different but they mostly say nivea

Not sure your question can be answered so easily. You have to find an LD50 chart that has both species listed. This one doesn't but it's a start. Remember these charts are in Mouse units not Human LD50's and it will not be the same. Regardless, chances are it's lethal if envenomated. What does it matter if you are hit by and 18 wheeler or a car at 60 mph. Dead is dead!
