This type of venom is known to belong to only one species of Chameleon. It gets the fluorescent property from hanging around old bars with neon Budweiser signs, in the swampy areas of Louisiana. The red is a result of it's intense hatred of bullfrogs. It is apparently harmless to humans and has been known to associate with the ever elusive ferret.
hope this helps...
p.s. his name is Louie

Ok, after a little research I did find some info on certain venoms in nature, such as some bee venoms, that appear to emit light, but infact they do not, its just a visual property they have...I didnt find any info, nor have I ever seen or heard of any snake venom having this... venoms generally have an amber coloration to them, but to different degrees, I've seen light almost clear, as well as very thick dark amber...but never the color red....Maybe some insect has the red color...but I dont think there are any venoms which really emit light...but I have been wrong before so who knows? Just my thoughts...

One more thing, I should have given an example of the property that the venom appears to emit light, ...sorta like a diamond, which appears to sparkle and shine...but really its just bending, refracting light so it looks much bighter, etc...hope that helps

I don't glow anymore. I moved away from Duke Power's reactors three years ago and I stopped glowing about a year later. Now I am magnetic. Everything sticks to me; wood, metal, plastic, glass etc. I have special shoes made by NASA that I wear that let's me live a normal life.......
In all honesty,,,,, Sierra's right, I didn't take the post very seriously and didn't mean to be "rough....funny, but rough" as she put it. I just cruise thru life with a lite-hearted attitude and try to look for the positive or "humorous" side of everything. I DO, however, TAKE VENOMOUS SNAKES seriously. Anyway, to keep my ignorant rambling short, I did not mean for my earlier post to be offensive, merely comical.
