I can't be sure from that photo, but my money's on Xenochrophis piscator (Checkered Keelback).
Whitaker and Captain say babies eat frog eggs, tadpoles and water insects. Fish and frogs for adults.

Sometimes folks post on the Snakes For Identification part of the Photo Album, and do not tell us here on the forum.
So, unless a site manager just happens to check, a post there can go un-answered for a couple of weeks before it is approved, and becomes visable to site members.
I try to check it once a week, but sometimes that just does not get done.

I agree with the others it looks to be a checkered keelback. They are like potato chips to O.hannahs. So there is a good chance that there are some kings nearby; possibly.
