About a week or ago, I ran across a website that gave state by state laws on what is and isn't legal regarding snakes. I cannot find it again. Does anyone know where this site is?? Also, know that each of you are doing a fine job for this hobby. Your insights and expiriences are fielding the way for an even better and safer generation of reptilian lovers, our children. Also, know that my three year grand-daughter, Kyia, loves this site and your photos.

A good book on the topic is "A Field Guide to Reptiles and the Law", by John P. Levell (revised second edition). Also, you might want to check the laws
in your individual city. In Minnesota, the law states
Native venomous---permit required; Exotic venomous---no permit required. BUT each individual county and city
can make their own laws as they see fit. Food for thought.
Sincerely,
