Look at the classified ads there is a guy trying to sell two well known wholesalers animals at a mark up .Any one can deal directly with these wholesalers on there own and avoid this guys 10 percent mark up.Does he not know that every one on this site is quite knowledgeable about the current lists that he is advertiseing . Just funny to me.

If you're talking about the guy from NY, caimandude, he's been posting in classified's for quite some time now. He's either a scammer, or a knittwitt that doesn't realize he's setting himself up to get busted.
I've seen him selling endangered species on more than one occasion. He'll get busted at some point.

And, what I find funnier about that, is the fact the he's marking up a wholesaler who already has pretty high prices. Go figure.

Yeah, it's obvious that he's cut/paste from Glades, etc.
However, Tom, what endangered species have you seen caimandude list?

I've seen him list crocs/gators, which every crocodilian is endangered in NYS, as well as timbers/canes, and western massasaugas. All are endangered by NY's definitions. They don't differentiate between eastern, western, mexican saugas, or timbers and canes.
It's one of the things that really pissed me off about their definitions, but I understand why they are doing it. And, getting an ESP was nearly impossible. I only know of two that do (you know one of them), and one may have let it lapse. There are a few more that do have them, though.
When I applied, I was denied because I didn't give any educational background, references, or occupation info. The application didn't ask for any of it, so I figured a nicely type letter with it would work. No go on that one.

The problem is that in his profile he says he lives in NY, where a lot of the animals he is selling would be illegal.
However, I have heard from a reliable source that he is actually living in Florida, where what he is doing might be legal, if he has Florida permits.
It would probably be wise to stay away from the guy.
A few months back, he was wanting to purchase hundreds of rattlesnakes in quantity, to send to Asia for human food and medicianal purposes.
It would seem this is a person who is more interested in making money, than the welfare of the animals.

He is probably a wildlife officer of some sort , trying to set people up. Sounds suspect, and yet still funny.
