Well, depending how you feel about LD50 information. Venomdoc.com lists the Tiger Rattlesnake (Crotalus tigris)ahead of the Mojave green (Crotalus scututatus). Crotalus durissus was not listed. The Eastern Diamondback is a little further down the list, but a large specimen could deliver a large volume of venom.
As others have said before, dead is dead and being bitten by any of these would be a major medical emergency. Any discussion of which is most venomous is really academic.
On a different note, please fill out your profile as completely as possible. Many here prefer to know who they are talking to so they may aim their responses accordingly.

Dear Alberto- please feel free to fill out your profile more fully... you may be envious of our rattlesnakes, but Italy is home to snakes of the genus Vipera that many of us find most alluring....
These types of questions are a constant source of debate, since there are really no definitively correct answers. Timber rattlesnakes, Crotalus horridus, can have extremely devastating and often fatal bites. You can almost certainly state that a bite from a Carolina pigmy is going to be less serious than one from an Eastern Diamondback, but can you really say that a bite from an Eastern Diamondback is "less serious" than one from C. scutulatus or C. durissus?
Rattlesnakes are all pit vipers, members of the Crotalinae, the most advanced subfamily of snakes on earth, and all of them are dangerously venomous. Even small and popular captive species such as C. lepidus klauberi can be seriously underestimated... they have an extremely potent venom. Don't Tread on 'eM!
