what is the best percent humidity for maintaining a dusky pygmy, also if a shed skin comes off in two pieces, is stress usually to blame?

I live on the Gulf Coast and we have the little critters here. Boy, is it HUMID over here! The shed skin is probably due to the snake not being properly hydrated. My shield-nosed cobra always drinks a lot of water and I haven't had a problem yet. Hope this helps!
