One of my corns just shed a few days ago and I decided to put her in to breed with a male about an hour ago. I left them together for maybe 5 mins after I observed them "jumping". I came back and when I opened the bin there was blood in 2 spots of the cage about the size of a half dollar. They didnt actually breed yet but were tail wrapped and they both had blood marks around their vents. I closely observed them to see if it would happen again but it didnt. They successfully bred and when they pulled apart the female seemed to be fine but the end of the males penis was red like blood (Idont know if it is suppose to be or not). Is this normal or something to be concerned about? I have bred many corn snakes before but have not encountered any blood. If anyone could please respond with any kind of help it would greatly help me. Thank you for your time!

Kyle, I do not think it is anything to worry about.
It is something that is seen from time to time in breeding snakes due usually to a bit of "rough technique" on their part. Most likely one of them broke a small blood vessel in the delicate tissues involved. That should be self healing.
Keep an eye on them both and watch for any further bleeding.
Best Regards
