Out of curiousity,if(god forbid) this bill passes, what in the world will be done with the hundreds of thousands of exotics that are owned now here in the US?Who gets them? What happens to them?Who can regulate this and go to everyone's house and take their green iguana or pac man frog? This doesn't seem realistic or make sense. It would ruin businesses, the economy even more, and people's lives and well being.
On the upside, the map about where burms would spread to could be thrown away because the burms would get arrested for crossing state lines before they could get established.
Thats my hr669 humor i guess.

HR669 may be down, but it sure is not out.
It will come back with a different name, and some changes.
It is important to pay attention here, and on the USARK site for updates.
The reptile community did a great job of coming together to fight that bill, and we will have to do the same thing again, but even stronger next time.
Thanks again to everyone who took the trouble to sign petitions, write letters and EMails, call the Legeslative folks, and make information videos !
Best Regards
John Z
