Now it's seven vials on anti-venom.I'd also like to see pics of the fang marks they say he has.It is a shame what a confusing ordeal this has turned into.

Jim, I don't understand what your trying to say? It was brilliant action because if they didn't treat him, he'd be dead. Because of a probable illegal keeper, there's a snake on the loose and it bit a member of the public. People have been out searching the area and will continue to do so until this snake is found.

Joe,
After reading your posts on the original thread and now this one you seem to be very sure of yourself.
Can you share with us the information you know to be fact so it clears up some of the misinformation/rumors?
Were you involved with treating this bite or speak to someone who was directly involved?
Thanks in advance

Joe that would be me that he heard that from. We were talking to Andrew Wyatt about it and that is what he told us.... Sorry did not mean to give out bad information.
I did notice that this piece said you had the licenses to own the mamba in the pics(got that from the gallery)
Before they had stated that Jillson and Al had said that NO ONE had the licenses to own one.
Very confusion story for me any ways...

Jackie, I am very sure of myself. I talked to Pablo this morning at the press conference. One of my D. angusticeps was used on display and the second this man saw it, he froze in his footsteps and said "That's the same kind of snake". I saw his puncture wounds and it's condusive with what you'd see in a mamba bite. I didn't want to believe this happened last Thursday as well, but this is the situation at hand.

Ernie and Al wouldn't say that nobody in Florida can own mambas with a license, because it's simply not true. The media obviously mis-qouted.

Joe,
Thanks for the speedy reply.
Do you have any other information you could share? The newspaper stories are so inconsistant with symptoms and treatment that I think we are all left a bit confused.
Thanks again!

There's not much more to share. Pablo was bitten last Thursday, spent three days in ICU/ER, recieved seven vials of antivenom, and since Sunday is out.
