Well, Ughhh, the fight continues.
And it is good to know that USARK is leading the opposition to the upcoming bills.
I sure hope ALL of the reptile keepers are ready to flood congress with letters and EMails again this September and October, when these bills come back.
If you do not pitch in and help, you will lose this hobby as you now know it. Do not think that just because you wrote letters, and called, and EMaied in the past that your work is done.
Far from that. This is a ongoing war, and so far, you have only fought a couple of fights.
Keep alert folks, we are coming into the time where we can shut this stuff down once and for all, and create some great, lasting reptile laws.
But, everyone needs to prepare for the fight. It will be here soon. Read the USARK site, and sign up for the news bulletins to be EMailed to you.
And become a member, and help out by buying stuff at the reptile show fund raiser auctions for USARK.
You future as a reptile keeper depends on it !
