Question About Ohio Laws

I have had a couple of inquiries from people in Ohio about the hypo Florida Banded Water Snakes I have for sale. I know that Ohio has some pretty tough laws regarding captive native wildlife, including reptiles, requiring PIT tags on anything over 18 inches in length, etc. If there is anyone familiar with this state's captive wild animal, specifically captive reptile laws, I'd appreciate filling me in. Some range maps put Nerodia fasciata within the state, but most do not. Are these PIT-tagging and other requirements only applied to native reptiles, or to any species? I do not want to send any of my babies to a state where they are not legal and are at risk of seizure/destruction, or would be subject to cruel and injurious treatment, and no one can tell me that inserting an 18-gauge "horse needle" under the skin of a pencil-sized snake(I've used these on dogs to insert microchips, or PIT tags, myself, so I know how large the needle is)isn't cruel. I've seen a copy of the DNR's native wild reptiles regulations, but I'm still not clear as to how a species native to the US, but not to Ohio, might be affected.
