Ok I have a question or two.Where did the young person state the animal came from,did you call the law as you should have done.In this time we need to be proactive in any cause that harms us all.Posting here is nice but this is a matter for the law and should be addressed as such.If it is illegal to ship hots in to your state as well then it is also a lacy violation.If the us mail was involved then more federal laws were broken.Is the gabby still in the young mans hands or is it with the law.

Wendy i am really getting sick up your made up lies. Why dont you get some actual proof? Give me the kids name. I know i dont sell venomous to kids because the only hots that i have sold was a pr of west african bush vipers to a professor at a texas college. I have pics of the snakes that ERJ Sent him!!! And i can now keep venomous in my state. IDAHO!!!! NO HOT LAW. SO, you can go and POST ANOTHER REWARD FOR MY HOME ADDRESS AGAIN.LOL

As has been stated this is not boi.This should of been handled by the correct channels not here.All of this is not what this site is for .Jrs has stated he flips reptiles and that is what I was wondering .If there are any laws broken then get the law involved.The people who post here 99.9% of the time know exactly who to buy from and exactly what they want.As far as a messed up past goes people change I am liveing proof.Every one makes mistakes and are able to move on from them if they choose.This is a place to learn and further your knowledge about venomous reptiles.Most of us could care less about the rest.We do however care about illegal sales to minors and will fight to stop it.We do care about makeing sure this hobby is no longer scarred by those types of people.So if you have knowledge of illegal actions please report them .Thanks Archie

If you folk have gripes with each other, take it to Fauna Classifieds, or, to private Email.
If you know of Game & Fish Laws being broken in your state, then contact your Game & Fish folks.

And any further posts will result in us changing the rules for the Classifieds so that you will have to prove you are the owner of the animals you are listing, and we will no longer list animals from flippers.
