I co-founded WCTI, Wildlife Conservation and Trade Issues, list in 2001.
The WCTI list has been relatively quiet for few years, I was busy with life I guess and totally neglected WCTI. We are back and hope to make it exciting and informational again.
One big change is the list now allows attachments. However, they will be stored on the WCTI yahoo web, and arrive in you inbox only in the form of a small thumbnail.

this way people who are reading on the web can see the attachments as well.
