What are your opinions on reptisand type products as a substrate? I like the way it looks but I am worried about accidental ingestion. Thanks in advance.

Monte,
In the wild, snakes feed on all types of substrate, including fine textured sand.
The possibility of accidental ingestion of substrate is always there, however, I think folks tend to worry a bit too much about it.
Just make sure that if you are feeding frozen thawed mice to your snakes, that the mice are dry, so that the fine sand does not stick to them.
If the snake happens to swallow a bit of sand, it should not hurt anything.
Best Regards

I posted a solution to this problem some time ago. Put your (deceased)prey item in a brown paper (lunch)bag! Works great!
