Diarreah in burms

Ok so my burm has a respiratory infection I know that but I happened to catch her with her tail up and I thought she was gonna take a crap but instead it was a gurgling noise and a few calcium deposits came out along with liquid and it smelled horrible. Im guessing it is diarreah. I s this true and is the respiratory infection causing this? I will be taking her to the vet but I wanted to post this anyway. Any info would be great because this is freaking me out at the moment and never seen this happen.

Yeah im using tylan 50 (1cc) once every two days by injection. I didnt even think about meds having side effects. I guess its possible though. Thanks for the insight.
