A voice of reason from inside the beltway... gotta love NG. Great time-lapse photo of a coral snake in the current issue. At first glance it looks like a strand of DNA.

The funny thing about this is that they put it out after they aired an episode of Explorer called "Python Wars" http://channel.nationalgeographic.com/series/explorer/4817/Overview
The only thing that they said in this episode that made sense was that they have proof that most of the snakes bloodlines trace back to the facilities that were destroyed in hurricain Andrew!!
