Mardi Snipes' site lists the laws for keeping in those states.
Here is a link to his site:

As for shipping, your best bet is to contact a known shipper who has some experience with it. In fact, why don't you email Mardi from his website!

I am uncertain about the laws in texass (except that you can kill all the snakes you want without any reprecussions) and I think the keeping of venomous in nevada is prohibited. However I can tell you about the GREAT state of arizona. In this state it is illeagal to keep non native venomous snakes (any)it is also illeagal to buy, sell, exhibit, trade, offer for sale, any native species. BUT THE ARIZONA GAME AND FISH DEPT, doesn't enforce those laws. They will, however illeagally raid your home, confiscate all your animals, and misquote the laws they are supposed to be enforcing. But to be safe, dont even bother with arizona. It's just not worth the trouble.

Yeah, I heard about the recent Arizona events from a friend of mine who lives there. He and a bunch of his buddies got raids in their homes to search for illegally kept snakes. Luckily he had papers and licenses of all his herps but some of his friends got most of their snakes taken away. Apparently, the Arizona Fish and Game just got new management last month which are cracking down on illegally kept venomous snakes. Where did they get the addresses of the people with suspected illegal snakes? From the Arizona Fish and Game licenses they granted for the men to keep venomous snakes, of course. So I guess the moral of the story is. If you live in Arizona and want to follow the rules of keeping native venomous snakes, don't tell the Arizona Fish and Game department you have them.
Although I am not partial for most people being allowed to own venomous snakes just for the fun of their own pleasure, I also don't necessarily agree with the way Arizona Fish and Game apparantly went about taking away peoples animals. That just makes people black market the venomous snake trade.

In Texas you can keep anything except for a few native species which are considered threatened. One happens to be the Canebrake, which keeps me from having one. Although you can kill all the canebrakes you want or have a game warden or park official do it for you. When I posed a question about the legality of that to the Parks & Wildlife Dept. they of course failed to answer. You do need a non-game wildlife permit to collect certain species and 25 is the max you can have of all native species combined. Rattler roundups however seem to collect hundreds per person with no repercussions. I have also been told that Sweetwater's roundup(Texas biggest) has collected so many over the years that they are now going into South Texas to fill their quotas.
