Try cicada's. You should have no problem finding them this year....
I'd suggest catching as many as you can and freezing them. They're like crack for copperhead's.

If you click on my profile a picture of them will come up. One is really small still has the sulfur tail. I have no clue how/where to catch Cicadas, i find them the one of the most repulsive looking creatures ive ever seen, but if it helps these guys eat ill do it.

(I originally posted this on youtube, but they pulled it because they got complaints about "cruelty". Not sure if I was being cruel by saving the snakes life or if I was being cruel to a dead mouse...)

Joshua, what's their history? Were they born in captivity? How old are they? Copperheads are usually born in late summer/fall and may go the entire winter without eating. I would suggest patience - just leave them be, and offer warmed-up pinks every few days. From the pic, it looks as if they've already had their 1st shed. Give them some time, peace and quiet.

PS - you might try putting them on aspen with maybe a few dead leaves to hide under. Aspen seems to have the weird effect of stimulating snakes' appetites.

They are WC, one was relocated from a construction site. both are smaller than 1'. Ones got some weight on him the other (smaller of the two in length)is pretty skinny. But i will be patient like you said ive offered them several half pinkies. I tried what the guy showed me in the video above and i got a good response on the smaller one but he just wouldn't take it down. It seems like it stresses mine out alot more then the one in his video. Ill put it them on Aspen and wait it out, any more idea's are welcome and thank you to everyone for your help!
