IF YOU WANT TO POST AN AD
As a minimum, anyone placing an ad in VenomousReptiles.org Classifieds must have completed a member profile including their real name, a correct email address, your age/year of birth, where you are
from (this is the US state or other country that you are currently dealing from). ANY ADS PLACED WITHOUT MEETING THIS MINIMUM CRITERIA WILL BE REMOVED WITHOUT NOTICE. REPEAT
OFFENDERS WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE SITE.
Additionally, this is NOT the BOI. Discussions may take place in the Ask the Experts Forums. Anything that is not an ad will be removed without notice.
This is not really a discussion or debate.
It is a heads up.
I will no longer be sending emails when I remove ads as I have done for the past 4 years. It does not matter if you have sold things through our classifieds for years. If your profile does not meet the minimum standard as written above - I will remove your ad.
One last caveat - just so you know, "USA", "southeastern US", etc are not sufficient.

Some folks are still not getting the message.
It does not matter if you have posted here for years and admins have let you slide with I am from the USA or the northeast or out west or whatever.
Follow the guidelines or I will remove your ad.
It is just that simple.
I would like to be able to say that I am sorry for the inconvenience but really I do not see it that way.
I do not see the minimum that we ask as all that big a burden on someone. If you cannot put where you are dealing from because it is illegal there - ENOUGH SAID don't you think!
If you travel a lot - well, your mail goes somewhere!
Whatever. I have given fair warning and am removing ads every day.

There continues to be a comprehension issue about what is an ad and what is not.
I think I may go with a 3 strikes and you're out stance.
If I remove posts about a scammer from the same person more than three times FROM THE FREE ADS SECTION, they just may need to start using another site.
If you want to warn someone about a scammer and you just feel moved by your own sense of fair play to do it at this site - the forum is the place to do it.
NOT THE ADS!!!
