No, it does not build any immunity, and any venom ingested would be destroyed by your stomach acids (interestingly, some of those peptides are somewhat similar in structure to some snake venom peptides, most notably pitviper venoms), and would not enter the bloodstream or the lymphatic system, like it would in an envenomation. (Unless you had open cuts or sore in your mouth or throat. And even then, the amount of venom to enter the bloodstream would likely be insignificant.
Drinking venom is however, and excellent way to contract salmonella..

There are a some members of the Elapidae family whose venom will not break down in your GI and you will be evenommated. That being said this is a tremendously bad idea that should NOT be attempted. Risk for zero reward/reason.
