I'm going to Wilkes county Georgia tomorrow it is on the Georgia, South Carolina border. Anyway I wanted to know if anyone knew what kind of Rattlesnake population there is in that area. I have seen them their before but I don’t know if they are common or not.
Thanks,
Brandon

There are some places in that county where "strawberry colored" pygmies are reported to dwell. :-) I know road names, but I'm not crazy. I also know of a very large Eastern cottonmouth being discovered on a side road off of the Delhi Road. That would also be one of the better places to look for canebrakes. Check the side roads for tin. They're there.

PS - Be careful driving through Tignall; the police make their living on the 25mph speed limit.
