hi
does anyone know where to get a rhino beetle or a beetle close in size? ive been wanting one for a while, but cant seem to find one. if you can give me the address of a website with some, that would be great. Thanks!

Here in Va. if you look around the base of certain trees you will find them buried very shallow in the soil during the summer.
They are very interesting little beasts and I used to keep them myself when I was a young lad.
If you've never handled one keep in mind that they do not bite but their feet have tiny hooks on them that lightly dig into your skin. It doesn't hurt but surprises some people enough that they drop them.
We have another type of Rhino beetle that lives under rotting logs. They're horn isn't quite as impressive but they make up for it with sheer size.
