My point is that any bad practices should not be glorified, as we already have enough bad press.
When you say "some individuals make genuine mistakes" you are saying that they did not practice proper handling techniques. Hence, they made a mistake.
This is a case in point. Had the individual practiced proper handling techniques, he would not have made a mistake. We all know there is no room for "errors".
I simply think that rather than exploiting handlers' mistakes, we should stress proper handling techniques, which again, would be the opposite of making mistakes.
