Have used fence lizards often to jump start new klauberi, willardi, aquilus, and the like. But I have noted a number of snakes that seem to be disinterested in them.

Where I live, the copperheads seem to love the Fence Lizards. But some copperheads that Ive caught want eat them. I live on Fort Mountain and the fence lizards love the rocky outcrops as much as the copperheads do, so in turn they become prey for the copperhead. Other places they probably wouldnt eat them as much. I havent worked with Pigmys yet so I can answer that part of the question.
