My friend, his sister,his sisters husband,and I are going to Africa in the soon future. She is studying biology at a local college and is going on a trip when she gets out of college next year. Is it safe at this time for an american to travel to somewhere like africa and look for wildlife? I dont want to turn this trip down at all because theyre paying for everything lol.

Where exactly are you going? Steer clear of Arabian states as many hold deep resentments towards Americans. Many others do also....just because of your nationality (sour grapes). The trip sounds interesting.

PS You shouldn't hold a snake like that. Use a hook to support the animal's upper body and take the strain off it's tail. ;-)

If you go to North Africa you`ll probably meat only arabians. My mom went this summer and that`s what she told me. Find out which country your going too exactly. Southern and ecuatorial Africa are the best. Take care

Ill first have to wait until Im 18 and get a passport(Ill be 18 in April) and work out other things. I would love to go but we still have a lot of planning to do. The girl thats going said she wants to go to watch the wild horses.
To the Phantom- Are you talking about my profile photo? If so, the snake in my profile photo is a harmless brown water snake.
