I am new to mambas I purchased a west african and it has a tick I have tried seven dusting the cage but it is still there. I use a trap box to fill water bowl and do my thing but I would like to know how is best to get this tick

Tube the snake in a clear plastic tube that it cannot turn around in. Cut some small holes in the tube so you can reach through with tweezers and pull the tick off. Sevin dusting the cage will kill the snake. Be careful with pesticide use around reptiles. They have very little tolerance for it.
