trying to save a hatchling akistrodon contortix pictigaster. I have tried pinkies frogs and fish and pinkies rubbed w/ frog and fish. He is too small for me to feel comforatable holding to forcefeed. What should I do to save him.

go to a feed supply store and get a packet of Terramycin. I mix a little in some water till it is the color of light human urine. (the powder is yellow)
Soak the snake in it, it will hydrate him and hopefully he'll drink a little of it (Terramycin is an antibiotic called tetracycline)
This time of year it probably wants to be brumating.
Try a fuzzy. some snakes won't touch a pinky but go crazy for fuzzies.
