Is my Puff Pregnant?

She has went off fed for about 2 week's now and she's getting thicker. I had her in with a male for about 2 month's. Is there a way for me to tell if she's going to drop or not? The last 9 inches of her tail the scale's have spread apart from her getting thicker. Is this something I should worry about? Also if she is when she has them when should I separate them from her?

Since your post has been up without any replies for 8 days, any Puff Adder experts that have been here must not be able to determine from the information you supplied whether your Puff is gravid or not.
You might want to find a reptile breeder near you and get his / her opinion. They don't necessarily need to be a venomous breeder though. Most gravid snakes will have certain common characteristics.
