canebreak reaction to self-envenomation?

Is it possible for a canebreak -- actually any rattlesnake -- to be be adversely affected by its own venom? I think somewhere in my research, I read that most venomous snakes are immune to their own venom but if I was sure, I wouldn't be posting. Thank you!

Yes, everything that I have ever heard or read on this topic, says that any venomous snake species is immune to it's own venom.
