Good luck ...
This is a problem all over with any serious hot keeper with rare, expensive animals that need an expert herp vet.
I've been successful with a great vet in my area ( mid-Atlantic region ) that did a Gila monster for me with a retained egg, but he explained how doing venomous snakes is another story altogether. It involves their practice's insurance policies as well as the local ordinances where they reside and practice.
This had me have a whole new outlook on what venomous species I work with ; ones that can be replaced easily by price and availability - and the only reason I'm not working with Bushmasters.
