Well there are a few populations that stretch into Southern Ohio, including the Timer Rattlesnake, and Copperhead. But the only Venomous snake that extends into Northeast Ohio, is the Massasauga Rattlesnake. Although it would probably be tough to spot. It's a little rattlesnake with a little rattle.

yes there is.we have nothern copperheads,eastern massagua rattler.i have found both here around,huron,crawford,seneca,erie,and sandusky countys
