This is all I know. AND, to give credit where credit is due, this info came from Mardi Snipes' website

After a couple of phone conversations, a few e-mail exchanges and purchasing from him, I have found Mardi to be a great source of info and very easy to get along with. I don't know how old this info is and states are changing laws regarding exotic animal possesion all the time, but I'm sure it was up to date when Mardi published it. You should be able to write the address listed below to find out more. Hope this herps, uh, I mean helps.\
