I am thinking of travelling to USA next year, could you please inform me as to when the best & biggest reptile shows are on and where.

the daytona show is usually great and it is around labor day, just be prepared to see more ball pythons than you can imagine.

Ray, if you check the events Calendar at this site, you will see quite a few shows listed. You should search it for the time period you might be visiting the states, and the part of the country you will be near. Usually show dates are listed two or three months in advance.
There are more Venomous shows in South Carolina, Pennsylvania, and Texas than most other states.
If you are interested in Non-Venomous snakes only, then the show Chris mentioned in Florida is probably the largest show in the country. It has tons of procucts and a lot of nice non venomous snakes.
