Hey guys
Im planning on breeding my False water cobras soon. I was wondering if anyone has any advice, or tips. Should i keep them together? I have them together right now. There about 4 feet each. And about a year to a year and a half.
Thanks for the help.
Mike

For the safety of the snakes, as well as the keeper, it is a good idea to cage your Hydrodynastes one to a cage. At feeding time, damage can be done easily. They are not hard to breed at all. I put mine together here in south Florida beginning in February or so. I bred several generations of them over a thirteen year period in the '70's & '80's. At the age you mentioned, they might not be ready yet, but it is certainly worth a try.
