Venom Week 2007...anyone going?

I just received the information regarding this year's Venom Week taking place from Sept. 3-7 in Tucson, Az. This event is hosted by U of A's Health Science Center and is sponsored by U of A College of Medicine. It's supposed to be a great event geared towards professionals in the field of medicine, field researchers, and, folks working in a zoos setting. I would assume that private folks are welcome as well. Sounds like a great herping trip in the making! I haven't seen the official registration form but it should be available shortly.

Alexia and I will definately be there (and Daytona too).
We'll be up for herping before and after both events. Always up for playing with scaley things while abusing rental vehicles.
Speaking of vehicular abuse, my favorite remains the time during a film shoot when they were filming us doing skid after skid (as if we had just seen a snake). I got quite bored quickly (most filming is so much wanking) so I for the next take I decided to find out what would happen if I put an rented brand new automatic landcruiser into park at 120 ;-) Absolute spectacular shredding noises came out of the transmission. Too cool ;-D It hertz so good!!!

Was planning to be in Arizona in early September, but have to do a job at a nuke plant in Mississippi then so AZ is pushed back until late September.
