Hi, I'm looking to watch and/or work along side someone who deals with and breeds venomous. I'm mainly trying to learn different techniques for breeding and caging, and to see some specimens I plan to breed first hand to observe behavior. I have years of field experience as well as captive experience. I'm an educated individual who always seeks to learn more and learn detail, with this being said, DO NOT LECTURE ME LIKE I'M SOME KID, I EXPECT TO BE TREATED AS A FELLOW HOBBYIST. Thanks for any and all replies.

KS, It is good that you are looking for someone to mentor you. It is always easier to learn good reptile working techniques by working with someone with more experience.
However, I have to tell you that your statement "DO NOT LECTURE ME LIKE I'M SOME KID, I EXPECT TO BE TREATED AS A FELLOW HOBBYIST" is not a very good way to introduce yourself to this site, and will immediadly turn folks off toward wanting to help you.
You see, it is not your age that is of a concern to most here, but more of your attitude and maturity. By coming in with an ANGRY & DEMANDING first post, you label yourself right off as having a childlike attitude. That will cause most folks to not even consider mentoring you. Also, you have not even bothered to fill in your PROFILE, which also makes it appear that you are trying to hide something like your age or experience.
Since you are new here, why don`t you give your introduction a second try, and fill in your profile, and do something like INTRODUCING YOURSELF to the others here. And then perhaps let folks to get to know you. Coming in and making demands and telling folks how you want to be treated will simply not work. If that is you, you need to find a different board to visit. However, if that was because you were just nervious about posting here, then give it a second try.
We are a friendly group of folks here, and welcome new members who are willing to take the time to become part of the site, and who let the others here get to know them.
Hope this helps.
Best Regards JohnZ
