I'm curious......a pair of adult Indian Pythons kinda fell into my lap recently. What are they worth? And it's my understanding that they cannot be shipped through state lines. Is this correct? Anyone else on here have any true indians?
Thanks

Mark, as you probably allready know, the Indian Pythons, Python molurus molurus, are considered a Cites Appendice I Endangered Animal.
Go to the Cites Web Site at: http://www.cites.org/
Look under the Resources Section. The information you are looking for is there somewhere, but you will have to do your own research at the site.
You will also will want to contact the Fish and Game Resources of your home State, to see what additional regulations they have regarding transporting Endangered Species over state lines.
Hope this helps.
Best Regards JohnZ

Cro is right you need to look in to that.
A pair of babies is worth about a grand.
I don't know about adults.

Ok, this will be my dumb question for the year.....
I've seen the Indians crossed with the burms. I've seen what a Sri Lanken X Burm looks like. What does the Indian X Sri Lanken look like? I mean, there is not a whole lot of difference to begin with, but I was curious. Also, seeing as how both of those species cannot be shipped, how would it work with a cross of both of them?
