I've traded, bought and sold snakes with Glades for 30 some years. I have never once had an issue. I did business with them today as a matter of fact. I am always suspect of those posting quotes from others in a forum. Too much room for creative tinkering.

I have been dealing with Glades for about 25 years or more, back to when Tom Crutchfield owned the business in Ft. Myers.
I can state emphatically that I consider Tom Crutchfield, RobRoy McInnes and Robbie Keszey to be personal friends, of which title I don't hand out freely. As such, I have never had any type of problem with any of them, they have always been fair with me going above and beyond what would be considered normal business practices. Personally, I think the world of all three individuals and I would give them my highest endorsement. As a matter of fact, they are truly leaders in the industry and they command the utmost in respect. I would have no reservations of any kind when contemplating doing business with them.
Due to some serious personal circumstances, I have not been able to visit them nearly as frequently as I used to and I miss that experience tremendously, more than words can express.
Tom Crutchfield, in particular, provided a personal, private and very inspirational pep talk to me a while ago that I will never forget. The mere act of doing that proved to me that he is a friend and, as everyone should know, on the day of your departure from this life, you will be incredibly fortunate if you have had 3 or 4 true friend throughout your lifetime.
My endorsement of all 3 constitutes the highest endorsement that I could ever bestow upon anyone.
I truly have brotherly love for all 3 individuals...

Randal, you are correct, I believe it may have been called Herpetofauna then...it's certainly been a long time.
Please excuse my horrific innacuracy.
However, that does nothing to lessen my endorsement of Tom, RobRoy or Robbie..

Randal,
Apparently I made an incorrect assumption a few decades ago regarding Herpetofauna becoming Glades Herp as I just messaged Robbie and was told that they were always separate. Just goes to show you what assuming will do. And back then I figured it wasn't my business so I didn't ask.
Thanks for enlightening me.
I still think the world of Tom, RobRoy and Robbie !

Marty, I like those guy's too, almost talk to them weekly.
Tom's place in Ft. Myers, was indeed Herpetofauna, it was on Buckingham Rd.
