Good morning,
My friend, Dr. William Hayes who works closely with Dr. Sean Bush of Venom ER at Loma Linda University, is putting out a plea on behalf of his wife, Pat. For anyone who has had to see a loved one suffer will be able to relate to this. I attached a link to his web page so you can learn more about his wife's condition and any help, no matter how small, will go a long way to help with a very risky procedure Bill is going to have his wife try in Mexico. Bill has done a lot for the venomous community and though most of that is on the academic side, Bill is truly one of the nicest guys I have met and I would like nothing more than to see him raise enough money so that there's a chance that he and his wife can live like they once did. Pat is an extraordinary lady and like Bill, just one of the nicest gals you'll ever meet.

That's terrible. Man, I'm surrounded by bad news. A fellow paramedic's 7 year old daughter just died from a cerebral hemorrhage. I'm not a proponent of socialized medicine, but the costs here are over the top. I was in the hospital for 15 hours about a month ago. My bill was $9296. For 15 hours!!! When the system implodes, who will be surprised?
