Hey guys,
I am wanting to learn more about this snake.
It seems like there isn't much information on this snake, even when you look for it through large, popular search engines.
I am wondering if anyone here knows about the adult size, diet, and anything else that would help with a good description to put on Wikipedia.
Anything helps...
Thanks in advance,
Jon Short

While I have no direct information myself, here's a lead that might turn up some interesting stuff. I believe the snake was named after Baron Meyer de Schauensee. He was an ornithologist, along with James Bond (shaken, not stirred) at the Academy of Natural Sciences in Philadelphia (ANSP). You might try calling or emailing the ANSP herp department and see if they have any proprietary information or stories. Good luck.
