I was looking at the pseudo-aboriginal guy there sittng on the rock. He seems to be having some "persornal issues" to a serious degree. Personally I'd be a little alarmed at the green coloration! A heavy round of broad-spectrum antibiotics may help to clear that up. Ouch!

OK, you are seeing it too, I was not sure if it was just my German beer colored sunglasses while at kid friendly Prater;-)
Anyway, I think it is supposed to be red devil sitting on small green elephant with the moving green elephant's trunk between devil's legs, and snake above his head.
