Had a good rain yesterday and this morning. No leaks. I pulled some sheet rock off and it was moldy, But other then that all is well. The first order of business is to remove the old dry wall, spray the studs with bleach water and let it dry out for a day or two. While this is going on, I can run wire and put my box's in and scrape the tile off the floor. My goal is to prove that you can have a decent room dedicated to your hobby and not have to spend a bunch of money, and that it really is not so hard to do. I will try and get photo's up so you can see what I am working with. Good day all.
