I did e-mail the poster and let him know that the Timbers are a protected species in Texas since he does live in Texas.

Are you sure this guy lives in Texas? His profile says he is from Texas. Which could mean he lives somewhere other than Texas. I'm from Florida, but live in Arkansas.
I hope he responds and ask if he is indeed in Texas at the moment, if he is, than that's a big no-no.

This is a perfect example of why we need to police ourselves - the guy should be reported particularly since Tim was nice enough to tell the guy the timbers are a protected species. It's one thing to make an honest mistake but after the guy was told by a reputable person, he should have either turned them over to someone, or, taken them off of the classifieds (and I sure hope its taken off of ths web page). If he lives in some other state, the ad sure doesn't make any mention of it.

Okay, this is partly my fault.
I thought that Randal put forth a fairly reasonable scenario that the guy might not actually be in Texas and was waiting to see how his response to Tim worked out.
Either way - illegal or just the appearance of being illegal - not the image we are looking to support.
The ad has been removed.

d wadding is not in tx he uses a fake address to order and sell snakes he ripped my son off for alot of money i have 100% proof as well can any1 on this website help me???

Donovan lived in texas for a long time and recently moved to oklahoma about a month or so ago. He is a friend and a good guy. Myself and my lil bro as well as several other friends have been doing business with don for quite sometime. He has been off kemo for reason pertaining to appitite lost and drastic weight loss. He has drastically reduced his collection because he is unable to provide propper care which I assure you he is more than capable of under better health circumstances. We are all praying for him and his family. I assure all you gentleman he is committing any illegal acts. Happy holidays to all!
